The Welsh Assembly Government has provided a funding package of almost £4 million to deliver the Young Person’s Guarantee in Wales. It relates to young people aged between 18 and 24 who have been unemployed and claiming jobseekers Allowance for 12 months. The funding will be used to help young people enter training and permanent employment.
